Rajaclub's Terms & Conditions — Detailed Guide

Welcome to rajaclub. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every member who uses the rajaclub platform. By registering or using the platform, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms. Please read this document carefully in full before registering.

Rajaclub is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and casino platform. Our primary goal is to provide users in Bangladesh with a safe, fair, and enjoyable betting experience. All operations at rajaclub are conducted in accordance with international gaming laws and ethical standards.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, rajaclub may request any one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact rajaclub support immediately.

To use rajaclub, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Mental capacity: Betting must be done willingly and with a clear mind.
• Legal status: You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is strictly prohibited.
• No Restrictions: You must not have been previously banned by rajaclub.

Rajaclub reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion. Applications may be rejected without reason, and rajaclub is under no obligation to provide an explanation.

Please familiarise yourself with the rules below before placing any bets on rajaclub. It is each member's responsibility to ensure that all bets are placed correctly and in compliance with the rules.

Bet Acceptance:

• A bet is only confirmed once the system sends a confirmation.
• If a bet fails to process due to a network issue, it will not be counted.
• Pre-match bets can only be placed before the match begins.
• Live betting is accepted at specific odds during in-play.

Reasons for bet cancellation:

• If a match or event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned
• Where a bet is proven to have been accepted with incorrect odds or information
• If abnormal odds are generated due to a system error
• If evidence of match fixing or any irregularity is found

Maximum winnings cap: A maximum payout limit may apply to each bet or market. This limit is displayed next to each market in the betting lobby. Any amount exceeding the limit will not be paid out.

Fraudulent Betting is Prohibited: Arbitrage betting, the use of betting bots, and collusion (placing opposing bets on the same match from multiple accounts) are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

Rajaclub supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Supported methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, cryptocurrency
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly
• Any balance unused within 30 days of the deposit date will be considered inactive.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed
• Withdrawal to Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket: 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000

Rajaclub offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once (per person, device, or IP address)
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn
• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% of your deposit amount, maximum ৳10,000, wagering 20x
• Reload Bonus: Available weekly under specific conditions, wagering 15x
• Cashback bonus: withdrawable with no wagering requirement

How the wagering requirement is calculated:

Say you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus. A 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳20,000 (1,000 × 20) in bets before you can withdraw the bonus.

Bonus Abuse: If any individual attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, devices, or IP addresses, all associated accounts will be suspended and all balances will be forfeited. rajaclub uses advanced technology to detect and prevent bonus fraud.

Rajaclub believes betting is for entertainment only — not a means of earning a living. We encourage members to play responsibly and take proactive steps to prevent problem gambling.

• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet amount within a specified time period
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days
• Reality Check: Get regular reminders about your time and money spent

• Multiple Account Management

• Under the direction of legal authorities
• If the account has been completely inactive for more than 12 months

If a Terms & Conditions violation is established upon account closure, rajaclub reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including deposits and winnings. To appeal this decision, written notice must be submitted to support within 30 days.

Rajaclub is committed to resolving any disputes with members quickly and fairly. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

1. Step One: Submit a complaint via support chat or email. Issues are typically resolved within 24–48 hours.
2. Step Two: If the issue is not resolved at the first step, please complete the formal complaint form. A detailed investigation will be conducted within 5–7 business days.
3. Step Three: If the matter cannot be resolved through all available channels, it will be referred to an independent arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision will be binding on both parties.

Rajaclub reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of any changes:

• A notice will be published on the website
• A notification may be sent to your registered email address
• You may be asked to accept updated terms and conditions when logging in

You will be notified at least 7 days before any changes to the terms and conditions take effect — except in cases of urgent security or legal requirements where immediate changes may apply. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
